Customer Review: Not what I expected.

I had an original order with Amazon that got canceled somehow and I called Andrew Christian directly. The customer service rep that I talked to was super friendly and helpful. However, there was some sort of communication problem (due to the fact that the Andrew Christian website doesn't sell the same bags Amazon does) and I received this bag instead of the original one I wanted.
This bag is all right. The fabric is very flimsy and thin. The strap is tiny and short. However, it was fairly cheap and I love the graphic on the front. The separate compartments on the inside are helpful. The snap pocket is the only pocket that closes (really, the only pocket at all).
I have since ordered the other bag and I'm waiting to see which one I like better. I gave only 4 stars because of the mix up. I had my heart set on the other bag, only to receive this one.
Andrew Christian representatives are awesome, and the shipping (direct from them) was extremely fast. I ordered on Monday, got it Wednesday! The shipping through Amazon it over 2 weeks...

I ordered the olive colored bag with the Biohazard symbol on it. I've had it for about two months now, and its great, I love the color, the material, and the symbol looks awesome. The bag can hold all of my books easily (but I keep a few in my car because it gets heavy). A lot of people mention the shoulder strap not being long enough, well I think its a good enough length. The only complaints I have are that it came much later then I had anticipated, but that might have to do with the fact that it was set to arrive labor day weekend, so it might not be the companies fault, but either way, the waiting was annoying. Also, one of the inside cloth partitions seems to have ripped, but i'm not too concerned about that. Overall, I think this bag is great, its got a nice style to it, I like the color (which is a bit darker then the picture) and the Biohazard symbol just suits it so well.Customer Review: Great Back, shows wear

I've had this bag now for over a year and I still love it. It held up really well last year, and held all of my books. It is just the right amount of space for organizing everything with the three sections. However, on the pocket part, one of the clasps came off. I'm not exactly sure it was the make of the bag however, more of the fact that I was too lazy to open it the correct way. Also, a larger folder of mine wore a hole in the back of the bag. There are also some tears starting to form around where the shoulder strap connects. However, I really love this bag and I don't know what I would do if it ever broke! It have the plain khaki on and it is really easy to personalize. It's a great blank canvas if you are looking for an individualistic bag!Customer Review: Great bag with the right strap.

I've had this bag for a long time and it's still in great shape. I used it all through college and it still serves as my man-purse when I'm out walking around and I have my camera and a book with me. My only complaint is with the strap that it comes with. It's simply too short and too thin. I corrected that problem by buying a longer and wider strap from an army/navy store.Customer Review: Not a bad little bag

I purchased this bag as a second bag for school. It held up to that task pretty well. I have also used it occasionally for an overnight stay - quick change of clothes fits well. Can't really complain much about the product. It works well for a canvas bag - as long as that is what you are expecting, you won't be disappointed - especially with the $20 price tag.
