Customer Review: technically a "hat" in that it is fabric that you can put on your head

Whatever process they use to put the Gore Tex liner into this, it seems they never bothered putting it together fully - so what you get is like a giant blob that has a GoreTex liner inside of it - but not hat shaped in any way. You can fiddle with it and get it generally hat shaped and plop that on your head, but it looks ridiculous at times if you don't get it right.
If you are okay with basically just buying fabric and putting that on your head, that's what this is - calling it a hat is generous other than its general intent - less so in what it can actually be expected to do.
I don't recommend this to anyone, other than it is relatively inexpensive - but there are less expensive hats out there that are better than this - keep looking.
